This forum is an opportunity for women leaders to share their experiences with others. These are excerpts from letters, describing each woman’s personal experience with being a leader in her community. How have these positions of leadership changed their lives? What barriers have they encountered in their path to leadership? What do they see as the future of women in Africa? What has changed and what problems still exist? These are letters of testimony, advice and encouragement.
